SpinningRides: Las Vegas DVD

Well done video.Great scenery, and excellent onscreen information.Well done video. And the blurbs about the history of the area was appreciated. One thing that would have been nice would have been a ride down 'the strip'.I'd have tripped out on that...But, yeah, the scenery around Vegas is AWESOME!!!And there are a lot of climbs too.

What seems like a ho-hum route becomes an effective ride before you realize you're sweating it. This was my fisrt cycling video to use with my first trainer, and it is definitely a solid one. The video and audio quality are quite good, and with a bit of surprise I actually caught myself leaning in on the turns.

Little boring video, did not like the back ground songs too well. Also does not have verbal coaching like Spinning Southern California and North Carolina are tops. you can preview. most videos on you tube before you buy

Good. Just a ride. Not my choice of music but it's a good ride.

Not enough coaching as I prefer, like North Carolina spin much better. Better music with North Carolina , just better all round!!! I purchased Spin Ireland, Las Vegas, the Rockies , none beats The North Carolina spin.

Gets my heart rate up and has nice scenery. Makes the hour go by quickly and gives me a great workout.

If you are looking for a video that is more like a regular spin class video this will not be for you. The scenery is beautiful, the music is ok but there is way too much pedaling in a seated position. The inspirational quotes are nice. I have about five spin videos and this would not make my top three. Also, if you are a beginner there is no place on the DVD where they explain about hand positions. One thing they do that is interesting is intersperse the nature backdrop with pictures of the Vegas strip and give some historical background.

This DVD is okay if you just wanted to cycle the music is really good , I use this when I just want to switch off and cycle and listen to the music.

Pretty good exercise program me, but music a bit dull.
