This caddy worked great for my pool cleaner. It was super easy to put together and it held up well. Personally, I keep it in the direct sun and I don't notice any discoloration. We also have a salt water pool and that hasn't affected the plastic or color. Super nice and pretty cheap compared to some other ones I've seen on the market.

What a work saver!!!!! Worth every penny. Durable & stable Desing with great wheels and it’s designed to hold all the robot pieces in one place for easy transport. A real necessity if you don’t want to be a slave to your pool. Highly recommend!

As for the caddy, I couldn't do it without it. It is a MUST If you are going to get the Dolphin. It makes it SOOOO easy. I just wheel the whole thing out from the storage unit to the pool and plug it in and drop the Dolphin in the pool. I can't imagine how difficult it would be to not have the caddy. As for the Dolphin, I love it. It saves having to run my vacuum, which is a little bit of a pain for me. You just have to spray off the bag when it is done. It is best for picking up things that have settled. I don't use it when I first open the pool for the season because it does tend to stir things up that are very light. I use it only when the water color is good and I am not fighting algae, etc. Again, the Dolphin and the caddy make a great pair!

This caddy makes getting my vacuum in and out of my shed and to the pool easy. Keeps coed and vacuum from getting stepped on. Quality is pretty good only gave it 4 stars because plastic seems a little flimsy.

I really like my Dolphin Genuine Accessory — Universal Caddy for Any Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner. For the past 3 years my Dolphin S200 has sat in a plastic storage box by my pool and I drag it out once a week to clean my pool. I dread that part. With my new cart, my robot sits on the cart where I wheel it over to the side of the pool, put it in and let it do its thing. End result is I now run my robot every other day, no more lugging in and out of the box and it looks nice sitting by my pool. My Dolphin S200 fits perfectly on the cart as you can see by the pictures. Also, I just went through a bout of algae which may have been avoided if I ran my robot more often. The cost of the shock to cleanup my pool would have just about paid for the cart. I also rinse off my robot after each use and when it sits on the cart it is off the ground and can drain and dry properly which is why I like the plastic. This cart is plastic and works perfect to move my 10 pound robot around. Do not think you’re getting a 2 wheel moving cart to move a refrigerator. I was confused by the one star reviews as none of those reviews impacted my cart. Maybe those issues were assembly issues, for example my wheels move perfectly fine. I felt the instructions were very confusing and actually step one was incorrect at least in my mind. I went to YouTube and searched on Maytronics Universal Cart and there is a video showing how to assemble the cart. Using the video I assembled the cart with no problem in less than 30 minutes. When I bought my robot I did research and found that some people leave their robots in the pool to make it easier to run. Get the cart, pull your robot out of the pool after each use, rinse it off, clean the filter and significantly extend the life of your robot. I would recommend getting the Maytronics cover as well.

Perfect accessory for the dolphin robot pool cleaner. The resting area keeps the fins from being compressed. The cart maneuvers easily and Everything is in one place!

Having just assembled it, I agree with other reviewers that this caddy is absurdly overpriced, given the cheap plastic used. It does fit together well, although I must say that the directions are pretty bad. There are no words, just pictures, and the drawings of two of the parts didn't much resemble the parts at all. I ended up having to guess where they went! It also doesn't help that there are two configurations which use slightly different parts, so you have to guess which ones aren't used for your version. Practically speaking, it holds my Dolphin Proteus DX3 just fine. However, I would only use this caddy to transport the cleaner short distances over a flat surface. (I wouldn't try to drag it up stairs, for example.) It's certainly less sturdy than the caddy that came with my old Polaris. But, it does hold the robot and protect the scrub brush from getting bent out of shape. If it lasts 10 years, that's only $10 a year.
