We really like this toaster. I feel like I'm not good enough for this toaster. My bread is not good enough to be toasted by this toaster. My counter top has been elevated to another level of culinary style and skill level, because this toaster sits upon it. I may need to go to cooking school so I can honor it with other foods being cooked in its presence. The toaster it is replacing burned toast on level 1, and that is with me standing over it, counting to 10 and popping it up. So I may be a little bias. I do however really recommend this toaster. Love all the features. It wants to reheat my toast? Cute! And thank you! We actually had to do that on a busy morning, not eat cold, burned toast like we used to. It also wants to warm my buns! (hehe) I let it! They were warm! Warm hamburger buns! Why not? It let's you! And it thaws! I'm plan on freezing bread just so it can. And now our fancy artisan bread, we don't have to cut it to toast, no sir! Two long slots let's you toast nice long sliced bread. Go ahead and buy that loaf of sour dough, you can toast it with this toaster!

For a toaster, this appliance is very nice looking. I was hoping to find a more countertop-friendly toaster that also accommodated longer pieces of bread, and thought I hit the jackpot with this one. Attractiveness aside, this toaster doesn’t wow me. The toasting is uneven, the bread usually hangs out the top no matter which way I turn it. There are crumbs underneath the toaster and all over my counter CONSTANTLY. It’s very messy! Honestly, I’d rather have my 11 year old toaster I recently donated. Pretty disappointed overall.

My wife and I have had the same old toaster for about 3 years and it was time for a upgrade. What better way to do so then by going to Amazon and seeing this ikich model at a great price. We didn't want to spend a whole lot or even spend to little because of quality. We met right in the middle and this was the option we picked. We love the design, size, and easiness of use. From the pictures you can tell it takes up not much room. Our old one took about half the counter up. Definitely happy with this toaster and how well it toasts our bread. That warmer also is a good feature. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Love the huge wide slot, which fits my kind of gourmet bread. Be sure to follow first-use instructions, which burn off a very stinky toxic-smelling smoke you would NOT want indoors. Instructions tell you: "Ensure the room is well ventilated." You may want an exhaust fan, too; better yet, put this supposedly "slight odor" outdoors, with an extension cord if needed. My new toaster took 4 full empty toastings with browning level set to maximum before it stopped stinking like burnt plastic. But the next toastings indoors were perfect!

Received and did not work properly. The center did not toast, it would only toast outside of bread. Called customer service three times and you do not get someone from the company. You get an answering service. I was told I would receive an email, which after the third call I finally received, but it was from Mpow, not from IKich. They say they could not find my order, even though I gave them the order number from Amazon. I called Amazon to report them and to refund my money. I will be buying a different toaster.

I buy toaster after toaster and will pay for a toaster that actually makes toasted bread. Who will make a toaster that makes toast? I see the same Pinto technology inside of every toaster body, the mechanism for making the toast remains unchanged for 50 years. WARM Bread is NOT Toast. I gave it to a family in need of a toaster. and doesn't mind 2 cycles of toasting. YES, I know it's a 1st world problem but it's a problem that sits in every kitchen from Portland to Portland, from Anchorage to Key West. Damn people, can we get Apple to make a toaster? Talk to me Tim, can you make a toaster?

Nice design, nice features, VERY POOR execution of toasting bread! The picture pretty much says it all.This had so many rave reviews I was sure it would be a great toaster...WRONG. Extremely uneven browning, NO color/toasting at top part of bread at all. This was set on #3, for light golden brown. It burned the right edge, has quarter inch wide stripes with no color and NO toasting at all on top part. I did send an email to customer service but never got a response.

UPDATE 5/2021, I am NOT pleased at all with this toaster. You never know what your going to get. Some brown, no brown, burnt on sides..maybe...very unreliable no matter what settings you have it on. I also miss having the bagel option and never use the warming rack. I have only used a handful of times, yet I do find this toaster easy to use, and I like the numbers to adjust the browning as my partner likes a light toast, and I dark. It takes about 3 minutes to achieve a nice dark brown. I do like the fact that I can now toast my homemade bread and not have to trim it to fit the toaster. It also looks very sleek on my counter, much better than my old 4slice round, large clunker. This toaster also seems to brown evenly. The downfall, which I do not use much but would have liked to see is a bagel option so they only toast on one side. I hope that it is as easy to clean as it is stated, time will tell. Overall, I think it is a good product, so far.

Good for thick larger slices especially as I make my own bread.

Product arrived really quickly, needed a toaster that could handle wider artisan style bread as previously I just had to put in twice but can now do in one go

Product looks good and functions well.Really like the handy muffin rack that pops up with a lever, saves having a separate rack that would probably either get lost or clutter the kitchen.Thickness is ok for most use.Could be a bit wider because twin bread slices have to be upright, so the upright slices of bread stand proud a bit, but this is a minor factor.On the plus side small items like buns are easy to pick out and there is a high lift feature to make it even easier.I'd say a brilliant all-rounder.

This brushed stainless steel design fits with our other kitchen products. The easy temperature dial is simple to use and the cleaning tray catches the crumbs. There are fancier and more complicated toasters on the market but we just want golden toasted bread made quickly and easily.

Received this yesterday and it’s great. Like the six different levels of brown and love the long slots. Would recommend this to everyone after trying several over the past few years and been very disappointed.
