I LOVE Soapwalla deodorant cream! I've been using it for several years now. I have an allergy to aluminum as well as sensitivities to many chemicals and fragrances. I tried just about every natural product out there before finding Soapwalla. It ACTUALLY LASTS. No really, you can apply it in the morning and go all day. You can even wear it while working out and still smell just fine. And not just the ladies, my boyfriend and father use it as well. It is the only natural deodorant I've found that works as well as, or better than, a conventional deodorant. I find the original scent pleasant (it's lavender and tea tree I think), though I don't care for the Citrus (smells like citronella). You can also make custom orders if you have allergies to certain essential oils. My mother orders the original without lavender. The only big downside for me is that this isn't really an anti-persperant. The clays and baking soda do a bit to help absorb sweat, but I find that dusting with baking soda over the top really boosts performance if I'm doing something active. But this will never be the same as a conventional antiperspirant. For the good and the bad. And for the love of god, you ladies with the bright red under arms, DO NOT use this product immediately after shaving!! I usually shave at night and apply in the morning. The baking soda and tea tree in particular can be irritating for sensitive skin or if you aren't used to the product. Just a little goes a long way and apply gently! Over-all this was a life changing product for me, I recommend it to everyone I know!

A quick history about me: over the past 10 years, I've been able to use less and less brands of commercial deodorant due to developing rashes and open sores after only a couple weeks of usage. I'm now down to 3 that I can use for more than a couple weeks. Several months ago, I got tired of it and decided to look into more natural deodorants. After a lot of research, I've tried 6 different brands of natural deodorants so far that have been better rated. And all I have to say is that most natural deodorants I've tried so far are horrible. They typically only deodorize for a couple hours when working in a climate controlled office and then it's stink city. By the end of the day, the oils it's made with stain my shirts. (All of mine are dark colored shirts.) About this product: This Soapwalla deodorant is one of the few that actually work for me. And it works MUCH better than any other deodorant, natural or commercial, that I've tried so far. Even with a lot of exercising I've been doing outdoors in the sweltering Texas heat, sweating like crazy, I still barely smell any B.O. Even other commercial deodorants I've tried don't deodorize for me this well. I still have a few more deodorants to try, but this is the best for me. I found the consistency to be different than I expected. This says it's a cream, and although that's technically true, I was expecting something a little more "solid" in consistency. This is more semi-solid. It's more like a whipped peanut butter in consistency. Really soft, you can actually stir it up with little effort which makes applying it pretty easy.

WOW!! Ok, let me start off by saying that I sweat like a you know what, in a you know where!...seriously. I have been on a journey to find a deodorant that actually works for YEARS. I just stopped using the Mitchum Clinical brand, in which I would start to sweat minutes after application along with a musty smell. A few years back, I tried the Trader Joe's natural cotton brand, and at the time did not understand why it was ripping my pits apart and leaving dark bruise-like coloring, so I gave up..now I know. I needed to DETOX MY PITS...what? So after reading reviews of people who have had the same painful reaction to natural deodorant, I came upon the solution. Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay (which Amazon sells..luv u Amazon!!) Friday I received the Soapwalla deodorant, left it on and started to get a slight irritation and discoloration. Saturday I got my clay in the mail, put it on my pits, and VOILA! So with the clay mixed with raw apple cider vinegar (organic), I have no more irritation, my pits have NEVER been drier. You MUST read all about this clay and how it sucks the toxins from your skin. You can use it all over, and I cannot believe I had never heard of this product before. I know it's only been 3 days, but the results have been that quick. The deodorant has a wonderful scent of peppermint, tea tree oil, and other natural smells. Very clean. Goes on smooth and you can reapply during the day if needed. Seriously, I have been giving myself "pit checks" all day. This deodorant is AWESOME, worth every penny, and I haven't felt this confident EVER. I am so happy that I don't feel I need to be chained to the chemical deodorants to get mediocre results. Best purchases I've made all year!!

After figuring out that conventional antipersperants did little to control my sweating and only masked the scent with a sickening, artificial fragrance, I had been looking for a non-antipersperant deodorant. I don't know if I believe all the rumors linking antipersperant to breast cancer and brain damage, but I do know that there are a lot of other potentially dangerous chemical (including the sketchy 'fragrance' which could be any number of toxic chemicals). I found baking soda to be effective and made my own deodorant, which worked well to control odor but irritated my skin and was visible when wearing tank tops. Finally, I found soapwalla, which smells great, works well, goes on smoothly, and never irritates me skin (I do shave at night and wait until morning to apply). I have also noticed I sweat less than even with antipersperants. The ingredients are similar to many other (cheaper) natural deodorants which are effective, but what sets soapwalla apart so the texture, which is always easy to apply even when it's colder outside and never clumps on my skin. I only give it four starts because it's pretty expensive and only lasts about two months. But bottom line is you should definitely try it (give it a couple weeks switching from antipersperant because the detox period is very real and you skin needs to purge the built up aluminum which can make ya smell for a bit, hang in there champ).

As a woman who sweats a lot (I grew up in Florida, y'all), I've tried all the "clinical" and "active" anti-perspirants marketed to women, and some for men, but without fail, by mid-day I'd either end up sweating through my shirts or be able to smell myself under the "powder fresh/orchid breeze/citrus blast" smell which caused me to constantly carry extra anti-perspirant in my bag and think up creative ways to wear cardigans/blazers, etc to try to cover up the wet arm pits in my shirts. They also always left my underarms with permanent bumpy, swollen follicles that looked like chicken skin which wasn't comfortable or attractive. When I moved to Colorado for college, my roommate introduced me to the Certain Dri product line which did totally help with the sweat for a few days after each application but did nothing for the smell and made my underarms burn and itch so badly that it ended up giving me an unbearable rash. So after like 20 years of being a sweaty, bumpy, rash-y mess, I finally decided that I had to try something different but most of the natural products I saw were marketed as deodorant, not anti-perspirant and I had suffered through a few too many hot yoga classes next to Colorado hippy girls to know that whatever they were wearing did not work all that well at masking smell either. On a whim, I bought a natural anti-perspirant at Target but it left me with completely soaked, sweaty underarms and oil stains all over my clothes due to the coconut oil base. I did all sorts of research and read about a million reviews before buying a travel size of this one to try. GAME CHANGER! No more sweating through my tops!!! I can go to intense HIIT classes after work and not smell like dirty "orchid breeze" midway through! My underarms look like normal smooth skin again!! My white t-shirts don't get gross yellow stains any longer and I don't have white stains on my black tops!! Its amazing!! I've been using this for close to 6 months now and still LOVE it!! Seriously, if you are looking for something aluminum free or struggling with sweating through normal anti-perspirant, give it a try. It's a life changer.

I gave this product an honest try because it is the first "natural" deodorant I have ever tried. Cons: Even after 50 days it definitely does not cover up the smell as well as cheap "non-natural" deodorant. If anything I got used to my stinky armpits. Nobody ever complained to me that I stunk but I could tell. If I went through the trouble of washing my armpits in the morning with SOAP and water I felt this deodorant was usable at first. I noticed some redness every once in a while but it was never irritating and my skin is fair so I didn't think anything of it.... I hated having to apply the deodorant using my fingers. Pros: I did love the smell and texture of this deodorant. Within a week my armpits were much smoother, softer, and not caked in white crap. This stuff absorbed really well. Deal breaker: on day 50 after wearing the deodorant all day I developed the painful red armpit rash I've seen in other reviews. I've never been allergic to anything in my life and I have used a billion products on my face (including tea tree oil lotions) that have never caused a painful red rash. I've also never experienced this in my life in my armpits. It was definitely the deodorant. The red color matched the occsdional redness I saw while using this deodorant but this time it was painful and raw!! I haven't added any new products, I wasn't wearing any new clothing or carrying any new bags. I shaved the day before but I've applied this deodorant directly after shaving and never had a problem during the previous 49 days. I'm very sad that this rash happened on day 50 :( I still have a little bit left of the deodorant I wanted to use but I'm too afraid now. For months now I have been looking for a natural deodorant and for months I have been defeated with the over-the-counter natural deodorants at my local grocer. One day, while perusing around on the internet, I came across Soapwalla deodorant cream and I read all of the reviews and was immediately sold!! I paid my $14 and voila! it was shipped and ready to roll. It arrived in liquid form, but it soon hardened up quite nicely. I took my shower and applied it and it worked like a charm! No smell, no irritated arms-- it worked beautifully! But, THEN!! A week down the road, I began developing these red rashes under my arm. Noooo! Noooo! Noooo! Yes. Yes. Yes. :-( Huge, huge let down. All of those reviews discussing the RASH came true. Me, the girl with tough skin. The girl who never reacts to products. Yes, this girl broke out in a rash. Tragic... I stopped using it for a day or so until the rash cleared, and applied it again... RASH. I waited 5 days until the rash cleared and applied it again, this time super apprehensively... RASH!! I waited a week... RASHHHHH!!! So, my search continues. I have to discontinue this amazing deodorant simply because of the itchy, scary looking rash and it is bittersweet. Great, great stuff, but the rash sucks, so off I go... :( UPDATE for July 8th 2014~~~ Out of sheer stubborness and my love for this product, I found myself test running it again. It is fabulous stuff, but I hate the rash! Anyway, I have discovered that if I use VERY little, the rash does not come!! If I use too much, the rash shows her ugly mug. So, my method has been to use a dab, and so far, it has worked quite well. The rash still comes occasionally, but when when I get that rash, I just stop using it for a couple of days and then resume use. This has been the best deodorant, but man, I hate that rash!! I will try to build a tolerance to it, and see what happens and I will update you guys!

I found this product while searching for a natural deodorant. Initially I was put off by the cost but am convinced it's well worth the $14 I've paid, especially when taking into account the free and fast shipping from Amazon via Beautyhabit. A small pot lasts me between 5 and 6 months, bringing the daily cost to less than 10 cents, but I've saved far more than that in laundry and dry cleaning costs. For some reason, my body chemistry combined with most deodorants, even the so called crystal types, causes silk and rayon blouses to STINK. It was impossible to wear them more than once without cleaning before I found Soapwalla. Now, things can go back in the closet for several wearings, even a whole season before needing to be dry cleaned. For me, the stuff really works. And while the fragrance is pleasant, it's very subtle and I don't notice it once it's on. And I have a fairly sensitive nose. Masculine guys would be comfortable with the slightly sweet smell -it doesn't linger. Possibly more important is what's in, and what's not in, the formula. I'm an oncology nurse and am constantly on the lookout for personal care products that aren't harmful. I've gifted this to family and to chemo patients in an attempt to introduce them to more natural formulas. I read some negative reviews citing the texture and cost. I'll admit to initially being a bit put off by the somewhat grainy consistency but I realize now I was using too way too much. Here's what you do - with the tip of your ring finger, smear up an amt literally no greater than a baby sweet pea. Or a lentil. Not much, less than you'd think. Then rub it into a clean, just showered pit. If your skin is still slightly damp that's all the better. The graininess disappears in about two seconds. And there you go. At this rate your 14 dollar pot of great deodorant will be CHEAP because it will last so long AND it will do a good job for you AND your body will thank you, too, because you aren't altering your personal chemistry with things that aren't good for you.

Ce déodorant vous sauvera !! alors que j'avait essayer toutes les recettes possible et fait de recherche sur internet j'ai découvert ce déo et il est génial !! Je le conseille pour celles et ceux qui sentent la moufette !!

Enfin un déo naturel qui fonctionne! texture facile à appliquer, produit végan sans danger pour la santé. Aucune odeur de transpiration après application. Perso il ne me dessèche pas la peau! je suis conquise. J'ADORE.

produit vraiment efficace,naturel parfait rien à redire si ce n'est que très peu de produit suffit à ne plus avoir d'odeurs de transpirations. Et vu la taille du pot in durera longtemps. Merci au vendeur pour l'échantillon joint, je recommande vivement !
