I just bought this watch and it does not working, this watch had dead battery

Hello. I have bought several Benyar watches for myself and as gifts for family. I have never had an issue of not working. They are good looking and reliable watches. My advice is to return this under warranty and request a replacement. Good luck.

Do the side buttons work or are they decorative only?

Adjust the time: Pull out the crown to the second gear and turn it counterclockwise. In addition, the sub-dial in the watch actually works. Please note that after pressing the start button, you must first press the pause button, and then press the reset button. The small hands will return to zero.
