The book is more than I expected. Pictures are colorful and inviting. Instructions are clear, even for me as a beginner of making amigurumi. The projects are a great size for those little ones and maybe the older kids. Great buy. Rabbit was first one I made.

This was my first attempt at crocheting anything other than blankets. They turned out super cute. The instructions were easy to follow. I found it easier when I didn't know what a stitch was to google to find a video versus the instructions in the books. It is sometimes easier to see it than to read it. Putting it together is a little bit of a pain but that would be the same with any of these animals. I've made 4 animals so far the giraffe for my 18-year-old daughter who was thrilled to have a mom-made stuffed animal, 2 unicorns for my granddaughters, and a whale for my granddaughter-to-be. I would love to see more of these cute animals from this author maybe in different themes such as under the sea with clams, seahorses, star fish. I would love to see dragons, or lions and tigers.

PROS:Great and cute designs that are very approachable, super cute, and work up super fast. I love that all her designs use the same type of yarn, making it affordable and convenient. I love that it uses Bernat yarn which is readily available at my local stores, wears very well over time, and it's affordable.CONS:And, I am really putting this here hoping an editor or the author sees it as I would just love to buy more books from her. There are simply not enough pictures. The directions are clear and very concise but **assume a high level of experience with amigurumi.** There are simply NOT enough pictures, two pictures of each animal and sometimes they are just of the opposite side providing no extra information. Case in point, I am making the turtle. The head turned out much larger than the body. I don't know exactly how and where to attach the head and legs to the body. No information is given.I would definitely buy this book again, I would buy another book by this author, just wish she would give me more. More finishing information, more assembly information, MORE PICTURES!!!!

Easy to use and understand. I am now gifting to those that are starting out. Great way to see a project done in a short time.

There are many different patterns to choose from. My 19 year old niece recently started so I bought this for her and she made this for my mum in a week. She loved it so very much. She noted that in some parts it was more difficult to follow than others but it is very well illustrated and great quality book.

Beau livre et modèles variés, mais c'est en anglais, donc il faut savoir l'anglais, mais quand on a l'habitude de crocheter on y arrive très bien.Bon rapport qualité prix, bon achat.
