Works Like A Charm
I work at a factory so there are a lot of loud robots and machinery around me, it's unbearable. The guy who trained me when I started working there wore a similair pair, except his only had radio. I hate radio, too much talking, not enough music, so I looked for something with bluetooth. Found these and rolled the dice.I'm writing this review after using them for two years and three months. They died on me today, or rather showed initial signs that death will soon follow. I'm not even upset, because these things made work bearable and enjoyable.Audio level is just right, and this was my biggest concern since a lot of reviews complained that they are too low. With only one button on them, you can't control volume of the headphones but that's a non-issue. As soon as I turn them on (hold button) and they connect with my phone, I chose the album I want to play, set the volume and drop my phone in my pocket. I don't reach for it until lunch break/break. The pair works brilliantly for Audible audiobooks and with Spotify. More than loud enough.Comfort level is surprisingly good, they're sturdy but not heavy and they hold in place really well without squeezing your head. I wear these for almost eight hours straight and have zero issue, except for the headphone hairdo, but there not escaping that.Further more, these are very discrete if your workplace doesn't allow you to listen to music while working. There's only one small blue LED and the opening for charger and aux jacks, both of which I covered with black insulation tape. The light does blink when you pause the headphones so the tape prevents people from figuring out I'm actually listening to something. The charger port I've covered as a safety precaution, to keep dust and debris out of it.It's a peace of cake to take them off and pause your music in one go when someone does approach to you for a word, helping the discretion. The spot I work on sees that happen very rarely but still, if you do get approached often, you shouldn't have any problems.Battery lasts through an entire eight hour shift, even after I get home and try them on I still get the "battery high" voice message, although after a while they were pretty much on "battery medium" after a full shift. Makes sense, I used them for eight hours a day, six days a week. I don't risk it, tho. I recharge them daily just to not end up without music while I'm working, but they should last you a few days without a need to charge. I just don't want to test it so I can't give you a 100% review on that part. All in all, these do exactly as they advertise. Great noise cancellation, great sound quality, discrete, comfortable and with a battery life to help you through the shift. I've used my first set for two years and change and have to buy another one.Not bad for the price and the mileage.

Great for cutting the lawn
Pros:- Great at reducing the noise of lawn mowers, weed wackers, blowers etc.- You don't have to adjust the volume when using equipment. If you aren't doing anything noisy and you are listening at a comfortable volume, you don't need to increase the volume when you crank up your noise maker, and I like that. This also means if you are running your noise maker and listening to your content, when you shut off your noisemaker the content isn't all of a sudden too loud. This was a pleasant surprise.- Good battery life. I've only charged them a couple of times and used them many times. Every time you power them on, it tells you the battery level.- One button. There are not a bunch of controls, just one button. Hold the button to turn it off and on. Tap the button to pause/play what you are listening to. Great if you are wearing gloves. Simple.- Gel is comfortable. The 'Gel' is just the part that touches your head around the ears, and it's comfortable.- No cords. The bluetooth works well, and I've only had to pair them once. It hasn't forgotten what it was paired to even though I pair my phone with several other devices, ear pods, multiple cars, external speakers, etc. I pickup my WorkTunes, turn them on, and it says bluetooth connected. Nice.- Can take a phone call. I have only tried this once, and of course it sounds weird and you have to control yourself from yelling (they can hear you), but if you are able to stop what you are doing, you don't have to take off your gloves to take a phone call, just tap the button.Cons:- Depth. They could have made the depth of the ear well a little deeper. I have other headphones that I use for the range, and until I got these WorkTunes, I would also use them for yard work. But I never noticed the inside of the ear well touching my ears. However these WorkTunes touch my ears. It's like they took a standard pair of headphones and added the speaker and electronics to the inside of the headphone instead of making the headphones larger. I have a small head and normal size ears. It doesn't bother me to much but I notice it. I would think a person with a larger head and larger ears would certainly notice it.- Fidelity. Fidelity is ok. I mainly listen to podcasts when working, so just the content really matters. Music at first is noticeable in the reduction of quality but you get used to it. Anything is better than the droning of an engine, but I would pay more for a higher fidelity version. Not bad for the price. Your basically getting what you pay for.Not sure if this is a pro or con. I'm not a super sweaty person, but I notice the gel cushion gets more sweaty than other headphones I wear. The plastic around the gel is not breathable. But on the plus side, it's easy to wipe off and clean. Worth mentioning.I'm not sure there is anything better our there and I enjoy having them. Cheap enough that if they were damaged or broken I wouldn't hesitate to replace them. I would definitely buy again. Makes a great gift for someone who works outside.

i am a very happy autist!
i’m autistic and easily overstimulated in busy environments like grocery stores and crowded restaurants, and while my airpods are awesome for music they just don’t cut it in terms of blocking out all the chaos around me. i’ve been looking for some kind of earmuff hearing protection that also played music, and i genuinely just thought they didn’t exist because i kept coming up with nothing! found these randomly in an ad for prime day and decided they would be my little treat.fit: i have big ears, but if i tuck my earlobes in i get a good seal around my ears still. the headband isn’t the most comfortable, but i’m planning on crocheting a cover for it. they squeeze your head, which is to be expected and isn’t uncomfortable. i have an abnormally large head, and they don’t bother me at all.connectivity: i had no issues pairing the headphones with my iphone. the connection seems stable and clear so far.sound: it’s really clear and the volume is consistent and even. the bass isn’t the best, but i’m not enough of an audiophile to be bothered by it.they’re a little clunky and heavy, so i’d definitely recommend investing in a hard shell carrying case if you’re gonna be taking them around places with you.
