Clumsy staff occasionally damage elements, easy to replace as originals

Does not fit Dualit toasters
I'd read that Rowlett elements fitted Dualit toasters but I found that Rowlett elements are a few millimetres wider. This means they do not slide into the slots inside the Dualit toaster.
