Calcium was recommended by my bone density specialist. Most forms of calcium are difficult for me to digest and cause constipation. This formulation is very easy on my system, no upset and no constipation.

I take because I need calcium. Easy to swallow. Quality. Capsules absorb more efficiently than pills. Easy to swallow.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck with $37 worth of capsules that I'll never use. When I saw "GMO FREE, VEGETARIAN FORMULA Capsule, Hypromellose (plant derived)", I was thinking 100% plant based. I read it too fast, it's just describile the capsule, not the contents. This vitamin D3 is from lambs wool, not lichen.

I was taking another calcium product (powder form) but it didn’t take away my knee pains. In less than a week after taking the Vita4Life, 300 Mg per capsule, Calcium Malate Chelate, my knee pains went away. I can now walk up and down stairs without pain. I take 2 to 3 capsules (600 to 900 mg) per day along with 400 to 500 mg magnesium citrate capsules.

Great product. I have been using this along with their bariatric vitamins and vitamin D for years and my blood workup have always been perfect.

The only calcium I use since lap band surgery.
