Good taste. I toss it back like a shot and works well giving me the protein without the sodium in protein drinks.

It is an excellent product!

I was introduced to liquicell at my transplant clinic. Getting easily digestible protein with no fat and in a concentrated portion was key to my recovery. I was not able to dilute it, due to a fluid restriction. It worked very well to help me meet my medically necessary protein goal easily. I took one ounce at every mealtime. I bought it on Amazon after my hospital release and still keep it in my kitchen even almost a year post-transplant. A word of warning—of all the flavors, only peach mango is tolerable if using at concentration it’s bottled at. The rest just taste wrong in terrible ways.

I'm really enjoying Liquacel! This is my first time trying a liquid/gel protein product and I love it. Flavor: The peach mango tastes exactly like a peach gummy ring candy. It has a very strong gelatin flavor as well. Despite the sucralose, I didn't get the fake sugar aftertaste. The flavor is very strong, even when diluting just one serving in my 40-oz Yeti. Definitely pick a flavor you generally like because it's going to be strong. I mixed my peach mango protein with decaf earl gray iced tea and loved it. Usage: I was a bit worried when I saw that the consistency is like honey. However, it mixed into cold water with no problem. It did have a little trouble mixing into ice water, so mix it with water and add the ice afterward. If you're sensitive to artificial sugars, I would suggest only having 1 serving per day. I noticed if I had 2, it upset my stomach. Overall, the gel formula is so much more convenient than the powdered kind! We also purchased Seeq's mango pineapple at the same time. While the flavor of Seeq is a bit more natural and less pronounced, the powder was difficult to mix with cold water and often needed to be reincorporated after an hour or two. The Liquacel might taste slightly more artificial, but it stays combined and doesn't require any extra equipment, like a milk frother or shaker bottle.

(This picture is not the Upcal) It comes in a 20oz tin can with orange wrapper. Easy to put in water, or any other drink to absorb and take daily. I start the day with it in my coffee. It has a slightly sweet taste. Great choice for anyone needing to take easy Calcium supplements with Vitamin D3 which helps with the absorption. FYI- Also anyone who needs to take Calcium supplement please be aware of the types of calcium there are not all are easily absorbed and best for you and your bones.

As expected and advert, delivered fast

I use this product because I must boost my protein significantly due to being on peritoneal dialysis. For years, my protein was always too low. I was recommended this product by my dialysis nutritionist because it is sugar-free, High protein, and low phosphorous. I take two servings a day now (I drink it straight, no mixing) and my protein has finally gotten better! Flavor-wise, this one is not bad. Since I drink it straight, it is overly sweet, but if you mix it with water it’s not half-bad. Out of the flavors I have tried (orange, lemonade, peach-mango), this one is my favorite.
