Does this support CAS?

No, this is not a CAS OS. The TI-Nspire CX II CAS does however. You can also disable CAS on that unit for numeric (CX) OS scenarios.

Is this approved for the ACT?

This appears to be the non-CAS version which is allowed on the ACT. You may have to escalate if the exam proctor isn’t aware this version is allowed. (The CAS versions isn’t permitted.)

is it the same is the TI inspire cx?

I think it just looks different from TI inspire cx but functions about the same.
