NADESSA Smart IR Remote Control, Voice and APP, Compatible with Alexa and Google Home

Product is good, I only had problems not finding the brand of the air conditioning and had to create it manually, in addition when doing that seems Amazon Alexa is not recognizing the DIY name when controlling by voice, only if I use the Alexa app.

Mini size device, good price and it's interesting as description. It worked well with my Alexa, I controlled my air conditioning and fan via Alexa voice control.

Just a little of a pain to get it to work. The list of products didn’t include my units had to use DIY

Once the product is set up it works perfectly. On set up the power chord was bent and I had to reshape it to fit into the device. Works great with my Alexa.

I was trying to configure a Nisato AC and a Selectron TV and Nadessa doesnt work, could you send ma a user manual o a link to check a step-by-step setup?

The item came defective. USB port was broken.

It did not connect or operate consistently. 5 months later it will not connect at all. There is no support or return provision after purchase. I bought 2 and both have the same issues.

Unfortunatelly it came with USB port broken but I could fix it. It works very fine with my TV but it didn't recognized my Electrolux A/C and my HTV TV Box.
