This is a VERY high quality whey protein powder. Notice the ultrafiltered and microfiltered whey raw materials in the ingredients listing. This is significant because, long story short, those worlds mean that the protein sources they're using are superior cold filtered ones and therefore better for muscle recovery. And it tastes GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good taste, just wish it did not have artificial flavoring and sweeteners. Great price point, keeps me full through a long workout of swimming and weightlifting. I have lost 12lbs and gain 4 percent muscle.

I've tried many protein powders over the years, and this one stands out as one of my favorites. The vanilla cream flavor is just right—not too sweet and definitely not artificially flavored, which is something I really appreciate. The texture is smooth, and it mixes well with no clumps. It’s also great that it’s low in sugar and gluten-free, which fits my dietary preferences perfectly.However, I did notice one downside. Despite deep cleaning my shaker after every use, the protein powder left behind a lingering smell of rotten milk after some time. It was a bit disappointing, as I loved everything else about the product. Still, if you're able to clean the shaker thoroughly or use a different container, this protein powder is definitely worth trying!

Tastes pretty good! I put it with milk, yogurt and bananas to make a shake.
