Boss Day Gift
I got this as a gift for my boss who loves cottage cheese. I normally don’t buy cookbooks in b&w but this was one of two books on cottage I could find. It did the trick.

Can't understand it
Frustrating. A recipe may call for four ounces of milk -- OK, half a cup. But then it says an ounce of sugar and one-and-a-half ounces of flour. Am I supposed to weigh the sugar and flour, European style, or am I supposed to calculate how many tablespoons are in a liquid ounce and measure out my sugar and flour that way? Or did I go wrong with the milk by NOT weighing it? Now and then she will take pity and specify tsp. or tbsp. but not often.
