Strike Banana Plugs, 14-Pair, By Sewell Direct

After I ran out of my third re-order of the Sewell Strike Banana Plug Connectors; I needed connectors immediately for a project that I was working on. Because the Sewell Strikes were on back order, I ended up trying several other brands with various designs, even some Designer Label brands worth a lot more money. Nothing compared to the Strike Banana plugs. So I ended up ordering more of the Strike Banana Plugs and returning to my project and substituting the other designer brands for the Sewell Strikes once they arrived.Not an efficient way to do business, I agree. But I wanted to get the best connectors that I could and knew that the Sewell Strikes would not fail.This is a really great product. They are well designed and very easy to install. These plugs will even fit onto Monster Cable. The design makes a strong and excellent connection that won't pull out. They are streamlined and compact enough to fit into tight connection spaces better than any other designs that I tried.Extremely well made, and clever, highly functional design. I Highly recommend this product after trying many other connector plugs.I have now purchased multiple orders of the Sewell Strike Banana Plugs and will stock up on my next order, so I don't run out again.I have never seen them at a reduced price, however they are well worth the full asking price.

I realized I never left a review for the Sewell Strikes since last year. Well then, consider this a long term user review. I’ll be very brief. These are built like solid little tanks. Has a great weight to them as again, it’s all solid construction. No screws needed! Just measure out your speaker cable and crimp, strip and twist. Only need about a 1/4 to 1/2 exposed cable. Unscrew the plug, take the lower portion and place over the cable. Take the top portion, push the wire in tight, and just hand tighten up the screw in plug. Very easy. Test it with a couple light pulls and your good to go. I just love the quality of these and really appreciate the ease of use. I used some pretty thick 12 gauge cable and had no problem. If I need more, I would buy these again. I also appreciate how compact they are, fitting on the binding post easily and secure. Great deal!

These banana plugs are well-designed. The materials are high quality. I like the way it's designed because it's easier to insert the speaker wire and secure it. A couple times the wire did not get secured, but it's simple to pull it out and try again. To test whether the claims about how the wire inside the plug spread out automatically, as explained on the Amazon page, I unscrewed the top all the way off. Sure enough, the wire was somehow fairly evenly distributed around the tiny cone in the plug. I was impressed. The connection is very solid, and the plugs fit into my amplifier as well as into wall plates (with banana plug contacts).I may buy another set of these to replace older banana plugs on a few wires. In fact, I may also replace some new ones I bought with these too.

These are the best among the dozens I've tried! Easiest to attach. Least likely to short out. Most comact. Most solid. Indestructible in reasonable or even unreasonable use. One pays a premium, but they are worth it. No wasted time or effort. No damaged amps. SImply the best!

Bought some Centech banana plugs from Home Depot and wasn't happy with the fit or quality. The tiny screw on the side wouldn't secure well to the 14 gauge wires I was using and I decided to buy new ones. I found these and thought I'd give them a try. I was immediately impressed with the quality. It feel durable and constructed of all metal unlike the previous ones that felt like cheap plastic coated plugs. It took a second to figure out how to screw the plug onto the wire as it doesn't seem like it will hold but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how secure and easy it was. I would definitely recommend these banana plugs and would buy again.

Excelente calidad de materiales y construcción...(Excellent quality of materials and construction...)

Installation was simple. I loosen the screw and jammed the wire in all the way. Then screw the bottom on tight as I can with my finger. Wires were secure and I couldn't pull it out. The banana plugs needed a good push to go into the receiver and it was on fairly secure. Need a good strong pull to disconnect it from the receiver. Appears to work well but couldn't tell any sound quality difference from bare wire connections I had.Couple negatives.On few of the plugs the red colors on the ring would rub off. Just tightening the ring on the wire caused half the color to come off. Some colors on some plugs come off more easily than others and the reds were worse than the black. Bad quality control.Second issue I have is the banana end freely spins where the black jacket meets the gold plug. Don't know why they made it to spin. I would have liked a more solid connection from the wire to the receiver/speaker.

Me llegaron en el tiempo determinado. Están muy bien, pesan, y si son fáciles de instalar sin necesidad de soldar, se aseguran muy bien siempre y cuando se coloque bien el cable. Dan muy buena imagen a la instalación. A esperar a ver si se oxidan con el tiempo

They were okay very hard to adjust and very small I wish they were bigger but the quality is there not bad but they're just small

El producto es tal cual se muestra, son de muy buena calidad y además muy pequeños(esto es muy útil si utilizas tu receptor en un mueble o área pequeña de profundidad), el empaque y todo perfecto, sólo se abrió pero ya son cuestiones de aduana, sin importar eso todo correcto y para mi gusto a buen precio considerando otros aquí en México, ideales para tu receptor-home 7.1
