LIFETIME Wood Alternative Glider Bench, Harbor Gray

There was a bit of an issue with delivery. Amazon's fault not the delivery company's. Amazon give you a choice of dates when you order, but they have zero relevance with/to the delivery company!However the bench is of excellent quality and is very easy to assemble. You will need assistance with some parts of the assembly as it is heavy and you will need someone to hold it stable. The back and seat come with the slats already attached. Clear instructions are provided. I would equip yourself with a 10mm & 8mm spanners as the one provided will make your hands sore.The bench is extremely well made and solid. The gliding motion is very smooth.In conclusion we are extremely pleased with our bench and look forward to using it when the weather warms.

This garden swing chair has rusted after 2 years. They say it has a lifetime guarentee

Only had this a couple of months, bolts already rusted and snapped not set we can do with ot. Very disappointed, not worth the money and tha slats are all hanging off. Would not advise purchase of this product.

The product is super sturdy and really lovely glider actions. We've had it since March so not used it much due to weather but one of the plants on the seat has come away from the frame. This has happened without much use at all (sat on it to try it 2 times only). Shame as can't message company to let them know.

Just taken this out the box to assemble and second piece out is damaged. Can't contact supplier as number is incorrect and website won't display..

No power tools used taken 1 hour to assemble wife happy.

This is not our first Lifetime wood alternative product. They last through all weathers only need to give them a wipe down occasionally. Great value, great product very happy with it.

Really easy to set up, took about 30 minutes, very smooth once set up.

This glider is heavy duty and looks like it will hold up to weather. When the glider was delivered on of the slats in the seat was broken, the reason for 4 stars on sturdiness. I called the manufacturer. A new slat was delivered within a week. The glider is sturdy and glides smoothly. It is comfortable for one person. Might be a little snug for two adults. I had someone else assemble it for me.He was able to put it together pretty quickly.

This bench is really easy to put together. It's very sturdy and looks like real wood. but holds up much better than wood in a place where the sun can get really intense. I really like the glider function and it's a really good size for two people. It came boxed very well, but caution: the box is very heavy and will take two people to carry it. I have bought this bench two times so far for two different areas of our home. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to others. 5 stars!

It looks nice and with Lifetime being a known brand, you’d expect quality and good customer service when there’s an issue. You’d be wrong. I usually read reviews and do my research before buying any product. For some reason, I fell for the brand and ordered this without it. One of the slats came off like many other reviewers suggested. Either the screw broke off or it just came apart. There’s no way to fix it back since it’s broken inside the slat. There was rust water all around the area so the screws must have had rust and broke. Strange that they used such low quality materials. I emailed customer service because it was right after the 30 day window and amazon return window was closed. Received auto message from customer service that someone would get back to me but it’s been 3 weeks and nothing. DO NOT BUY!

Though delivery took a few extra days & the box had seen better days, the glider parts all were wrapped well and the instructions were fairly straightforward. The glider went together easily and looks great on our newly redone deck. My wife loves the new glider !

I have assembled many, many items of furniture over the years, and some came with good assembly instructions and some with very bad. This unfortunately, was the latter. Although I am very pleased with the glider, and it only took me a couple hours to put together, the assembly instructions were some of the most confusing and annoying that I have ever had to follow! *** 3 weeks later update!! *** One of the slats has come undone from the rivet or whatever attaches it and is warped upwards!! Calling Amazon for assistance, will keep you posted on this! **Update #2** I talked with Amazon and they issued me a 40% refund on this order because I didn't want to disassemble and send it back and they couldn't send a repairman because of covid restrictions. They are emailing me info to contact mfgr. to find out how I can fix the problem. I am happy now with the refund and the mfgr. info! Amazon is the greatest!
