Great Mount for Smaller TVs
I just installed this mount for my 40in Samsung LED TV and was very impressed with the mount. Built very well, comes with a large assortment of quality hardware, and very clear directions making install a snap. My TV sits very close to the wall when pushed in yet still has the ability to pull out, swivel and tilt when needed. A rotation would have been nice since it is hard to install the mount completely vertical but I just spent a few extra minuites in the install and everything came out great. No concerns with this thing every coming down. If you are going to spend the extra money for a very thin TV and need a swivel mount this item is well worth the extra price if you don't want your TV sticking out 5-6 inches from the wall when pushed in.One possible issue is that with the mount only being able to pull out to 14 inches large TVs won't be able to swivel much. With my 40" the edge of the TV hits the wall just at the 60deg swivel stop. Perfect for my TV. Any larger and the TV would hit the wall prior to the 60deg. May or may not be a deal breaker depending on your needs.

Be Careful - May not be as advertised
Purchased this mount for a 60 inch LED screen weighing 75lbs. Title of products says that it supports this, but when you open the box, the instructions are very clear that this weight is only supported when the mount is not stretched out. Fully outstretched, it only supports 55lbs! Obviously, it would pose a safety issue if I used it on my 60 inch screen and then extended the arm. Title and web description should clearly describe what this product can do. If I had mounted my TV, it could have ripped off my wall and fallen. Needs more accurate description on Amazon. Returned it today. Best part about Amazon!

Swivel works great, tilt is only for light TVs
OK, first the pros:Solid wall-mount systemGood swivel mechanismIncludes a lot of hardwareAttractiveNow, the cons:Weak TV mounting plateBad tilt mechanismNot really up to supporting the weight it says it willAnd the details:This thing mounts to one (not two) wall studs with five hefty lag screws arranged in a staggered pattern. If you do a good job with your stud sensor and mount it so all five screws hit the stud, the mount is incredibly solid. Don't try to use the wimpy wrench that is included, use a decent socket and ratchet. The support arms are also real hefty and provide a good swivel (left-right) system. The product literature says this mount is for 26" to 60" TVs up to 77 pounds. Perfect, my 52" TV weighs 52.9 pounds without its stand, right? WRONG! The part that mounts to a TV this big consists of two steel uprights (strips) and a center plate. Both are too light to support my TV without a lot of flexing. I fixed this problem by making a 1/2" plywood plate to mount to the TV and then screwing the furnished center plate to the plywood with about 30 screws. Now it's a solid mount. I then mounted the TV to the wall bracket, and it immediately tilted downward and pointed at the floor. The tilt mechanism consists of four short swing arms and eight (!) pivot bolts, seven(!) of which can be tightened - some with a wrench and some with an allen key. Again, don't use the wimpy included wrench, use a real 10mm open-end wrench. No matter how much I tightened, the tilt feature will not support the weight of my TV when it is extended to allow the tilt feature to function. The only way it will support my TV in a mostly-perpendicular state (screen parallel to the wall) is to completely collapse it and then tighten all seven bolts/nuts so much I was afraid I was about to strip them.I'm sure this mount would be completely functional for lighter TVs in the range of 35 pounds or so, but it required me to fabricate a new mounting plate and and disable the tilt feature in order to work with my 53 pound TV. Another review mentions a second, lesser weight requirement. I did not find that anywhere in the product manual, even in the small print. If you are resourceful and can make your own TV mount like I did, the thing will work very well as a swivel mount. The wall mount and swing arms are probably heavy enough to support a 200 pound TV! Just don't expect to be able to use the tilt feature on a larger TV.
