I have moderate hearing loss and wear hearing aids. I serve as a judge, and over time it has become increasingly difficult for me to understand witnesses speaking into the microphone of the public address system. My hearing aids connect via Bluetooth to my iPhone, and this setup allows me to use my phone as an auxiliary receiver. However, when I use the phone as a receiver, I hear both the sound coming through both the phone receiver and the public address system. This creates an echo that makes hearing even more difficult. The PPA R37 solved the problem beautifully. It connects wirelessly to the public address system, and then amplifies the sound through earbuds or a headset. Works absolutely great. The only negative, which is very minor, is the headset that comes with the product. It is flimsy and would be a poor fit for almost any head. Earbuds work much better. I gave the headset away and purchased some inexpensive but well fitting earbuds. They work just fine. I recommend this product to any hard-of-hearing person who frequently finds themselves in meetings with public address systems. UPDATE. Unit died in middle of the second meeting I used it. Had new batteries. I have requested a replacement. I like the product but only if it works.

This product performs flawlessly and is being used with a Williams Sound transmitter that is three generation older. Williams Sound is a great product to assist people with hearing difficulties or acoustic issues in public places. This product is being used in a church where people with hearing loss are being assisted with this type of product. This purchase was to add an additional unit for capacity. We have been using Williams Sound products for over 20 years and it has performed perfect and is still in service.

The product is a good one. We ordered 3 of them. However, despite the product description statement that it comes with headphones, two of them came with a single earbud, which is not what we need. We returned them but do not feel confident that ordering again will solve this problem. The product description is incorrect and misleading. We would order again if we could be assured that they DO come with headphones.

Used for adaptive hearing at church.

My order was not complete. Looks as if it had been used. Only the receiver was included. Not wrapped well. Not in a box. No batteries and NO Headphones. Very, Very Disappointed. Returning.

They're simple and they work. Sound is not quite as clear as a Listen system, but minimal difference.

This worked with our old William Sound system without any issues. Very easy to setup following the instructions provided.

Reception is clear, no static, plenty of volume range. Users have given the Personal PA high marks and are very pleased with there huge improvement over the previous TV Ear system.
