Vitamin content: I got this to help with my persistent heartburn, I was taking prilosec everyday for 20+ years. I now take this in combination with their vitamin B complex and I have no more issues with heartburn.

watch the video a long time ago about a gentleman who went into heart failure He recommended methylfolate. I do believe that it helps saved my husband He was at 12% EF He's now at 51 of course with the other meds from his doctor. a great supplement for your heart !

Doesn’t upset my stomach. No taste. easy to sallow for me. Dosage is on back of bottle. Good quality for price. Perfect size bottle.
