Pleasant Flavor
My husband and I enjoy the flavor of this vinaigrette. I found it better if lightly used, less is more. It is zero fat and zero carbs.

No calories, and no taste either!
I'm sorry, and I really DID try to like it, but honestly the appearance was the only similarity to "Thousand Island Salad Dressing". I've used Walden Farms products before, with mixed reviews, but this one is simply not good tasting. Possibly survivable if calories are the only reason, but for me it has to have somewhat of the taste I want. I found a great recipe to make my own Thousand Island Dressing using Fat Free Greek Yogurt, with only 18 calories per 2TBSP portion. I do suggest that instead!

taste is good; wouldn't know it was sugar free; but pricey
Walden Farms makes a good dressing, one of the only sugar-free ones out there, and it doesn't taste strongly of artificial sweetener or have an aftertaste (to me), and I'm very sensitive to aftertastes. It does have a LOT of sodium in it for flavor. I like this flavor, and my health risk isn't sodium, but read the label before ordering if you're at all concerned. The price is pretty high, and you have to buy at least two bottles before tasting it to get this flavor anywhere, which is what makes it only four-star.

Great taste
Great taste and hard to believe there’s no calories, taste just like the full calorie dressing.

Not Bad, but not what I was looking for
First of all, let me be clear that the taste was not bad at all. Overall, however, the dressing was not what I was looking for. The dressing is rather sweet and not what I was looking for. It was rather sweet and not “vinegary” at all. I also found the texture sort of strange - kind of thick, more emulsifier feel vs. oil. I guess what I’m saying is the product wasn’t a real vinaigrette to me. But, again, the flavor was quite nice. This might be a great product for someone with (or preferring) the dietary restrictions the product offers. A friend loved the product and I gave it to her. Shipping was prompt and product was well packaged.

Will not buy again!
Doing keto, I was looking for a low carb dressing at 2-3g/carb per 2tbsp.. I set bar pretty low: a decent taste and flavor. Walden Farms flavors thousand island and ranch failed the test, big time. I typically wouldn’t even write this review but the taste was that bad, that disappointing and was compelled to warn others. I don’t expect great taste in a low carb dressing, just a modicum of taste and flavor to motivate me to eat more greens. I ate a teaspoon of each flavor, asking myself if I would then use on a salad. The answer was a resounding no, and I poured the rest of the just opened bottles down the drain. (Yeah, what a waste; however, what’s the point of keeping if I don’t like the taste and won’t use it. The thousand island had a taste that didn’t even hint of a traditional thousand island dressing of sweet and tangy, just very bland, watery, The ranch had a slimy feel (like okra) and no taste of typical ranch flavor of buttermilk and herbs. Just because the first ingredient in low carb dressing is water shouldn’t mean they have no taste. In my same order, I also tried another brand of low carb dressing they weren’t as bad, and the first ingredient is a water. As for the other brand, its bottle has the same shape a wishbone salad dressing.
