Let's Do Organic Coconut Shredded, Unsweetened, 8-Ounce (Pack of 6)

This is quality product and it’s quality is consistent. I love it in my oatmeal! The flavor is mild but enjoyable. It is also great in paleo candies and I wowukd assume regular candies too. Appreciate that it is organic and unsweetened.

I use this product as part of my eating plan almost every day. I sprinkle it on top of a wonderful desert I make. I make this from heavy whipping cream, strawberries (or it can be other types of berries or fruits) nuts and the coconut. I beat the whipping cream to a stiff consistence. I put this over the fruit and nuts. When I have the time, I toast the coconut first and then sprinkle it over the prepared desert. This desert is high in fat and low in sugar so it will keep you full for hours. New research has surfaced that supports; FAT DOES NOT FAT, simple carbohydrates make you fat. I truly believe this as I've lost weight eating this way. NO SUGAR AND NO SIMPLE CARBS. AND FULL FAT...no low fat products.I also use the coconut mixed with nuts as a snack. I've used this product for a few years now. I buy them 6 at a time.

I really appreciate being able to find a great organic coconut with an affordable price. My only complaint would be I would have liked to know it was a very "fine" shred. But, it is very delectable & I would purchase it again.

It is very finely shredded and since I use it twice a day in smoothies, this works out fine for me. I used to use coconut milk from the grocery store, but that has added stuff I didn't want. So then I was looking at how to make my own coconut milk and it is nothing more than shredded coconut and water that is run through a blender and then strained through cheesecloth so I just decided to skip that step and use shredded coconut and distilled water in my smoothie for more organic solution. It works great and I love that it is truly organic with nothing else added. I would like to see a date on the package like has been stated in another review.

NOT Good at all, now i love me some coconut but this taste like paper. ITS shredded to fine (small) all the life and favor is take out of the coconut.money wastedRaid, just mad.....

Shredded means it should look like shredded cheese in these little strings. This was just a bit bigger than coarse corn meal. Way to fine for the coconut macaroon cookies I planned to bake.

Fine and light and barely a hint of sweet. Delightful. The best from a solid merchant.

Good value for what you get. This is unsweetened, which we prefer. So if you like sweet this is not the coconut you want.This is true coconut. Will keep purchasing as needed.
