We have had this for four months and every day I think to myself, 'This is amazing -- I have to share a review.' So many good things. It installs easily if you're at least a little bit handy. Reaching and using the sprayer, as well as the on/off lever, is readily accomplished even for someone under 5' tall. The sprayer dock is substantial and sturdy, and the force of the water is easily controlled with a little practice and finesse using the spray nozzle. (We live in a very high water pressure area so I only open the flow valve about a third before using.I avoided standard fixed placement bidet units because of cleaning issues and placement of the jets. I love that this handheld unit does not come in contact with either other toilet parts, or possible bodily fluids -- but the best feature is that being handheld it can be directed from front and/or back as you choose. The winter water temperature in Buffalo is a bit "brisk", to say the least, but I knew what to expect and didn't find that particularly disagreeable. Now that the weather (and water) is getting warmer I might even miss it!One definitely unexpected benefit: We filter the water we use in our cat fountain. The pitcher does not fit under any of our second floor faucets. This little baby is perfect for filling the pitcher AND, it turns out, for rinsing particles out of the fountain daily between deep cleanings.

You don' t need to modify any existing water installation.2) The item is so refined that they there will be no leakage as all the screw and washers are properly installed and included in the package.3) Quick 20 min installed , anyone can do it.

The CleanSpa doesn't come with or suggest using teflon plumbing tape and I was eager to install it, so I didn't use any. It leaked everywhere there's a screw fastening. I removed it and reinstalled after applying plumbing tape at every connection, but it still leaked from where it connects with the toilet box (I might have been hesitant to over-tighten as it connects to plastic). Not able to find the correct size beveled washer, I added a second thinner, more pliable flat washer and that did the trick.Of course, all this aggravation was avoidable had I used plumbing tape initially. That said, the product is very well constructed and works well. It should pay for itself in a year in reduced toilet paper usage. In addition to personal hygiene, it makes cleaning the toilet much easier.

Installation was straight forward. Caution concerning attachment to the plastic threaded connection on the bottom of the toilet tank. It is easy to cross thread the stainless-steel Tee connection provided with the bidet. I did and had to fool around several attempts to finally get it to thread on smoothly.The convenient on/off/pressure adjust valve is great. No need to reach back to the tank connection like some other units provide.All water connections are provided with internal rubber washers. No plumbers tape provided or needed. Hand tightening all connections was adequate. No leaks, but I did put a half to full turn on each connection with an adjustable wrench just to be sure.The handheld squirter is easy to manage and aim. Cold water isn't that cold. Its comfortable. The pressure adjustment via the on/off valve is perfect and easy to manage.I may buy a second one for the other bathroom. No complaints.

2013/10/19 - I installed this just over a week ago and the product is functioning perfectly. The instructions are adequate, but may seem be a bit confusing or incomplete if you don't take the time to read them through and understand where all the parts go before you start. You will need a flexible connection between the bottom of your flush tank and the wall valve. If you have a rigid tube, it will need to be replaced. Also, the instructions don't tell you to use Teflon tape on all threaded connections. I would recommend this to help avoid any leaks. This may very well have been the problem with those who complained about leaking and rusting. I secured the sprayer holster to the wall instead of using the tank clip and, although the holster is plastic, it seems to be solid and secure. I've found that you can control the spray pressure by adjusting the T-valve at the flush tank (the valve at the wall should be fully open). We have ours at just under half open. Otherwise, the water pressure will be just as strong as what goes into your flush tank. As far as temperature, the water is typically going to be as cold as your tap water, as they both come from the same water main.My wife loves this so much, she has asked that I install another in out second bathroom. I'm placing that order today.2013/11/11 - I purchased (on Oct 19) and installed the second and we are just as satisfied. We've experienced no leaks or other problems with either (so far). For those that have experienced leaking at the connections and for those that want to avoid the problem, I would suggest using the Teflon tape on all threaded connections. This item remains a five-star item for me.

Bidets are great - if you are reading reviews then yes, you should get one--you'll love it--but maybe don't bother with this one.I received the package, it was missing the t-valve adapter so it couldn't be installed. the sprayer also doesn't match the packaging or Amazon photos and stainless steel must be the color, rather than the material, as this has the look and feel of just plastic.save yourself the trouble and keep scrolling and find a better product to buy.

J'ai une toilette monocoque pour laquelle la valve d'accès est difficile d'acces et donc pas adapté au modele a installer directement sur la valve de toilette. Ce produit est destiné à être installé sous la lunette au niveau des ancrages mais les dimensions sont incompatibles avec ma cuve et ma lunette. J'ai donc plier la tige dans un angle de 90 degré et j'ai fixé la douchette au mur près de la toilette. Fomnctionne parfaitement.

I purchased this not too long ago to use as a diaper sprayer. Although this was one of the more expensive sprayers, it seemed to be the quality I was looking for with mostly metal parts and good reviews indicating it wasn't likely to leak. I wasn't disappointed at all. The sprayer itself may even have exceeded my expectations for what I was looking for and what I had read from the product page and reviews. The only part that I wasn't that impressed with was the plastic holder that fits over the side of the tank or I believe can also screw into the wall or side of a cabinet, etc. There may be a good reason with they didn't go with a higher quality metal holder and for me it was a minor issue to have that part be plastic.Installation did not go smoothly for me, but it was not at all a problem with this product, but rather a leaky connection on the toilet and leaky water shutoffs. The sprayer itself went together well and has never leaked after being tightened by hand. The other slow leaks went away and everything has been working great.The sprayer has plenty of pressure, but of course the pressure of the sprayer depends on the water pressure in your pipes. The lever on the sprayer head gives pretty good control of the water pressure coming out of the sprayer. I found that the max pressure, when I depressed the lever all the way was too much for the job of cleaning cloth diapers as it would cause the contents to splatter outside the toilet bowl. What is nice about the design of this sprayer is that while it has plenty pressure that you can regulate with the lever, you can also adjust the pressure at the T connection from the toilets water supply so that the pressure of the sprayer doesn't go higher than what you need.Keep in mind that when you flush the toilet the water pressure drops until the toilet tank refills, so just don't expect full pressure during that refill time.I would definitely recommend this sprayer to anyone looking for a good quality diaper sprayer, and i would imagine it would also make a good biddy/shattaf sprayer.

I have tried many Bidet Sprayer options, and ended up with flooding issue in the washroom, by far this is the best, I'm amazed how simple it is and how good looking it is, so happy I found it.

YES! Having lived in SE Asia I marvel that every toilet in the uncivilized dirty-nethers West doesn't have one of these. This particular one is a stainless steel gem. Sturdily constructed and packaged well with threaded caps or plugs inserted for shippimg it was easy to put togethrr right the first time. I used a Crescent wrench to carefully tighten the chrome-plated heavy-quality feeling adapter to my toilet tank and after I tightened all joints dowm no leaks. The plastic clip that hangs it on the tank is the option for mounting I chose as I am renting and do not want to put any screw holes in the walls. It comes with a stainlesscsteel nut and screw to fasten the shataff holder to it. I used a small drill bit to pre-drill a second hole through into the clip and used one of yhe provided wall mount screws in addition to the nut and screw to hold the holder on the clip. This is the only thing they need to change. Add a second hole in the clip to fasten the holder to it. Since using this my use of bathroom tissue has decreased. For women? they could also benefit and use less tissue and get better results.
