Can these be used with watercolor pain without running?.

No. It will definitely run, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The Elegant Writer uses very interesting ink that changes color when you add water. The blue might bleed greenish and the red might bleed violet. It's very noticeable and you can get some fascinating effects either using plain water to activate the ink or by using watercolor. It's definitely worth trying. If you are at all open to the idea of experimenting - you'll love the Elegant Writer pens.

Are these good for drawing?

Great question. While one could use them for drawing, their chisel tip design makes them best suited for calligraphy and lettering.
