G2 Premium Gel Roller Pen, Fine Point 0.7 mm, Black

I've used the basic G2 pens for years (their gel ink lets me write all day without getting hand cramps the way I do with regular ballpoints). On a bit of a lark, when I was purchasing some G2 refills, I decided to get a G2 Limited and a G2 Pro at the same time. How they compare (also, see the user photo I've attached to this listing): Regular G2 -- writes well and smoothly, under $2 each if you buy a dozen G2 Pro (this pen) -- a bit thicker, heavier, more padding in the grip, under $3 G2 Limited -- about the same thickness as the G2 Pro, considerably heavier, better finish / metal (vs. plastic) clip, much "squishier" grip (but not to the "Dr. Grip" level), about $11 Personally, I go back & forth between the Pro and Limited as to which is my "favorite." The G2 Limited is nicer looking (might be important in some offices), and has a nice heft, more expensive than the rest -- but still a bargain compared to the "usual suspects" of fancy pens. The G2 Pro is sufficiently professional looking for most offices, still has a good heft to it, and has a grip that's padded -- but not excessively (to my tastes). So I guess the choice comes down to how much weight, how much padding, and how much eye appeal you're looking for. As I mentioned, I've used G2 pens for years and never had one break on me -- I'm still using some on their 3rd and 4th refill. So, tough to go wrong with them! Get a Pro or a Limited (as a function of your taste), then buy it refills for years.

This is a great pen. I like writing with the Pilot G2 navy blue ink and with my previous G2 Pro when I ran out of ink I simply replaced with a new navy blue refill - several times- before I accidentally broke off the pocket clip. So I bought a new G2 Pro and expect long life from this one as well.

These Pilot pens, whether gel or ball point, are superb, the best on the market. To find a seller who has them for a good price is always a big plus.

It's not the seller's fault that the quality of the pen has decreased. I have an older pen that looks expensive. This does not. For ergonomics it's fine.

These really are the bees knees as far as pens go in my opinion. The grip on these make them particularly easy to hold, especially for long-periods of writing. I notice older folks who borrow my pen comment in particular on the grip as well as how easily the ink dispenses so fluidly. The only drawback I can think of is that the ink needs to dry for a moment before it stops being smudgable, particularly on some glossy and or treated paper. Allow some dry time, and you're happy! The barrels are quite durable and it is easy to replace the ink cartridges (PRO TIP: I found these to be a good deal https://amzn.to/3KNlwEY ) thus the longevity and overall value for money of these pens is quite good. Easy grip, smooth ink, feels great using them and can be refilled

I always look for good pens that combine quality at a good value. These pens are perfect for me. I lose pens, or have them accidentally stolen, way too often to splurge on a really expensive writing utensil. These pens are expensive enough that you get a good quality feel to writing, but yet when an artist borrows your pen to fill out a consignment form and then "accidentally" leaves with it, you don't feel the need to try to get it back. The button has a solid click to let you know the tip is extended/retracted. The ink has a GREAT flow without being too liquidy. The ink also seems to dry pretty quickly so you don't have many smudge issues (depending on paper type). I will definitely buy refills for these pens (I already have), and will likely buy more of the pen itself as it is my favorite pen I have used, and everyone I let use it compliments me on it as well for how well it writes and how comfortable it is in hand.

J'ai acheté ce stylo pour y mettre une mine Mont Blanc. Cela me permet d'avoir l'un des meilleures écritures possible, pour un cout restreint. Je ne peux donc juger que du contour en plastique ... qui est "pas mal". C'est loin d'être parfait et je n'écrirai pas longtemps avec. Mais vu qu'une mine Mont Blanc y entre parfaitement, je ne me plaindrai pas !

Bought for my son, who loves it. Writes beautifully and feels comfortable to hold.

I'm a big user of gel ink pen since a long time ! I've tried many different pen always looking for three things in particular: a point not to thin or to thick, a constant ink flow with no skipping while writing, and an ink that does not pass through the paper ( penetrate )so the writing in the back is clear. The G2 Pro does all that. No need for anything else in my opinion. I'd love blue ink be also available.
