I am always hot. Last year on a cruise, I was fanning myself, someone felt sorry for me and gave me their battery operated necklace fan. I used it until the battery died and never remembered to buy batteries for it. While looking for a new fan, I came across this one. I charged it and let it run for 6+ hours before it died. It was constant and I was changing up the speed. I’ve read people don’t like that it doesn’t have an adjustable strap, I agree with that and added a picture to show my own makeshift adjust.
