However, it was a nightmare trying to get the legs on. I do not have the proper tools necessary to assemble this, and the tools that come with it, are basically useless. All of my friends live out of state or out of the country. I ended up taking it to a hardware store where the staff was sweet enough to help me get the legs on. They actually have ratchets, which is really what you need. Real tools. Otherwise, it is a decent desk. One of the feet cushion things popped off and had to be glued again also. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great alternative to a plastic cooling pad *by D***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 12, 2016* I use a MacBook 12", which is about the size of a Chromebook and a little bit small to sit on my lap. I figured a lap desk would help and if I was getting a lap desk I might as well get one with a fan and if I was going to do that, it be really fun if I could find something a little bit more interesting than the black plastic cooling pads all over the market. This certainly fit the bill. It's a very nice and comfortable bamboo laptop stand. There is a large fan centered underneath which powers off of USB. Instead of plugging that USB into my own laptop, I taped an inexpensive rechargeable battery with a USB port underneath and run the fan from that. The little guard (shown in the picture), that prevents the laptop from sliding off at an angle, gets in the way of my hand when using the trackpad.
