GENUINE Frigidaire 134412860 Door Handle

This fit my washer perfectly and was easy to install. It is much cheaper than the product replacement (#134472202) and does the job. The only thing is that it is black and the original is grey but for a third of the price it was fine. The holes for the screws lined up perfectly. I would definitely recommend this door handle for the Frigidaire washer mfr. model #GLTF2940FS.

This piece is an exact replacement. My wife handled the install, so, very easy, anyone having issues probably should never hold a screwdriver. I see a lot of complaints about the quality of the part but in reality its the quality of the original part that is the problem. I have never heard of anyone having to replace the door handle on their washer in almost 50 yrs. of life. This part is as good as the original which is all you can realistically ask for. So no bashing here, its a door handle, it fits, its as good as the original.

This door handle also "works" with washer model GLTF2940ES3 and dryer model GL002152ES0. It's definitely not an exact match and the color is wrong, but the screws line up correctly, the door fits securely and costs about $60 less than the exact replacement (or $120 for doors on both the washer and dryer). If the door handle breaks off, it can be challenging to get the screws out. I tried using a pair of needle nose pliers, which unfortunately wasn't very useful. I ultimately ended up completely disassembling the door (watch for non-standard screw heads) and using vice grips to crush the plastic around the screw.

Can't beat the price. These worked perfectly to replace the broken handles on my Frigidaire front leading washer and dryer. They were easy to install (my 14 year old son installed one and I installed the other-47 year old female) in about 10-15 minutes. Although my washer and dryer originally had gray handles, the black looks just fine. Especially considering it's one third of the cost of the manufacturer parts. I paid about $24 for each handle but I've seen the prices on these go quite a bit lower than that if you watch for a while. I bought mine from Amazon not from a Marketplace seller. We have had them on for about two and a half years and they are holding up just fine.

I ordered this item because it said it would fit on my washer, even though it was not like the handle that came on my washer. However, the handle that came on my washer was $90 and I didn't want to pay that. This handle works PERFECT! So what if it looks odd.............it fits, is functional, was inexpensive, and shipping was so fast! I am very, very pleased!

Perfect fit for my 13-year old Frigidaire washer [even though I think it was labeled as a dryer door handle] and less expensive than a parts warehouse supplier. Installation was quick and easy.

Doesn’t come with screws, which is an issue since when my handle broke, one of the screws went missing. Hard to find a replacement that fits perfectly.
