Product looks like genuine but the voice is low... my earphone has much more loud voice than it and the ear cushion pads is small

Good - lookwise and functions wise for the price. Yet the left part of the wire which holds the volume controller is much weighter that the left headset part is weighing more that causes disturbance to use. Especially for long hours gaming and usage. If u want the look you can go for it. If you want comfort, try anyother.
