How much elemental lithium is in each tab 20mg?

there are two versions of this product. the 20mg version has 20 mg of lithium per tablet. source: I'm holding the bottle in my hand and looking at it.

What are the advantages of 'orotate' over 'aspartate' (or vice versa)?

Orotate uses orotic acid, which is found in breast milk and some root vegetables, and helps me the nutrient more fat soluble, so it can get into cells easier. Aspartate is not a great formulation because it can be an excitatory nutrient, which you don't really want in brain supplements.

What is the difference between lithium Prorate and lithium?

I think you mean "orotate" instead of "Prorate". right? so on that basis, "orotate" is a form of the mineral that is sold with out a prescription. It is best to limit oneself to low daily dose of 5ml. I used to get a news letter from , I believe it was, Jonathan Wright, MD . He was very impressed w/ the results he saw in his practice w/ people who supplemented w/ Lithium Orotate. I use "Pure Encapsulations" No fillers.
