It's a green military/federal record book. I use this for taking notes all the time. It's held up well, works great and no complaints. What you see is what you get. Also, the reason these are so popular in the gov't and military world is because they hold up well and the pages don't fall out. It's almost as durable as the Skilcraft US Gov't pens!
