Good DVD for those wanting intense core focus
I have a large collection of beachbody exercise DVDs and I liked the look of this focus on core work- I have listed some key points for those interested in buyingIt is hard going, the cardio work is intense and the resistance and what they call 'spikes' are high intensity. Some workouts are just over 30 mins and some are 47. There are a number of new exercises that I have not seen on any beachbody and these take some time to adapt to, but they are very effective for the core and because there are a large amount of punching and kicking moves you get a full body workout as well as core focus.Joel and Jericho are really sweet they play off each other, they chat and are super positive, they take it in turns to instruct, J has just had a baby so she keeps her abs covered but looks amazing and inspires real women I would say to exercise.The cast are 'real' the moderator who does the lower impact stuff is far from the body perfect we are so used to seeing and the other men and women are also very real, not over made up, very focused on the workouts and not their appearance.there are no weights here, all of the workouts use the body weight only but don't be put off the sheer variety of push ups has defined my upper arms a lot since I began.The core on the floor abs workout is 15 mins long and is an absolute killer, if you want defined abs this is for you.

Best Beachbody Programme I have done so far......
30 day programme which alternates strength and cardio workouts each day finishing with an active recovery session on the last day of each week, which comprises slow movements and stretching.Finished the first cycle and noticed a huge improvement in strength....still can't do all the press ups on my toes, but started not being able to do any on my toes. Joel and Jerricho are great trainers and the only 'fault' is that in the cardio workouts they don't alternate sides for each interval. I have been doing this myself, which provides an extra challenge when you are doing the opposite of everyone on screen.I would highly recommend this for people that like a challenge and have the willpower and time to workout every day, and the modified moves means that irrespective of your fitness level that you can workout for the entire duration.Just bought the agility add on workouts and an agility ladder for the next round.

MMA CORE DE FORCE FOR A KNOCK OUT FITNESS PROGRAMME
Well planned workout programme. I am a zumba instructor and fancied a change up to test myself. I had tried insanity and found it to be very drill Sargent and uniform borring.I started for my 30 day challange and I have to say,that i enjoyed today max speed workout.The instructors are thorough and explain the move break down with very effective short explanations and demonstrations.There was alot of fun among the class in the dvd and the instructors gave clear verbal encouragement.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who's wanting something different.

Good workout
As a core workout i would really give it 4/5 but the biggest disadvantage is that the workout is too long and a little slower paced to what i am used to doing. Guess nothing comes easy but as someone who lacks the time could only commit for a month at a time.

Not very hard, but if you are martial arts fan then it's fun and fast workout. For example in the morning before work. Results don`t come fast.I do that workout after Tapout training what I have done couple times. Compare Tapout training this is nice day in the park. If you are bad shape and you didn't done any exercise in a long time. This workout is for you.

Fantastic workout. I have just completed my first 30 days and am about to go again. It works and you see results but it is tough but not so tough it's not achievable! I am still carrying an extra 3 stone I need to shift but already I've lost 10lbs just doing this. But you must do it daily and you will be tired but it is so worth the effort 😀Amazing

Full body workout
Fantastic workout and so many to choose from. Ive just started doin the first disc i alternate the workouts. Its hard work and i sweated loads but worth it. The only annoying thing is if you want to go onto the next workout on the same disc you have to fast forward through all the adverts everytime.
