Good value - works great!
Bought this on Prime Day as it was such a good value. Until now, I pressed them on a piece of flannel, but I like this better! My blocks pressed up so nicely on this. Yes there is a slight “wet wool” smell but that’s to be expected and is already dissipating. Bonus pressing cloth and thread snips were a nice addition! I did have a question about the pressing cloth and it was answered very quickly and thoroughly! Also had a bonus sewing e-book which I’ve not had a chance to look at yet.

This is just as good as the expensive ones.
I am very happy with my purchase of the wool ironing pad. Just the right size to take to sewing retreats or just have next to the sewing machine. it is 1/2" thick and I wouldn't be afraid to use on the good dining room table.

Every sewist should have this
I wish I had known about wool pressing pads sooner! The difference ironing on them makes a huge difference in the look of my finished projects. I have a very large one on my main ironing surface. This smaller one fits perfectly on an old wooden TV tray that I use beside my sewing area when I need to iron smaller pieces more frequently. The free bonus mesh ironing cloth and cutter were a nice addition to the purchase

Holds the heat fabulously!
This ironing pad is the BEST! It retains the heat so patchwork doesn't need to be flipped. It also absorbs the heat so the surface below doesn't get damaged. (There is some heat and moisture that gets through but it is minimal in my opinion.)

Are these supposed to be limp?
This pad is exactly the size And thickness that I wanted. However it seems a little “limp” as though the felting process wasn’t completely finished. However, when I have seen these for sale they were packaged so it wasn’t easy to see how rigid or limp they were.

The best pressing tool ever!
I love to quilt and like complicated patterns with lots of seams. This pressing pad makes pressing the seams flat a breeze. When I have many seams coming together and need to be pressed flat, the pad makes it so easy. Also, when using steam the pad holds the quilt block in place with no shrinkage. I would buy it again and also recommend it to all my quilting friends.

Amazing!
If you haven’t tried a wool ironing mat, you should. It makes pressing my 1/4 seams quicker and flatter.

Quality quality quality !!!
This product is very cheap going to send back. They need to go back to the drawing board and add at lest 3more layers. The free gifts can go in the trash Plastic Scissors I feel I’m in kindergarten or maybe pre-school. Didn’t care for this product at all.
