Best salt but expensive

Wonderful product from Tata, as expected

Hi, I am an avid Organic India products user. I find their products to be as real and true as they say. In fact, Tata Company just bought Organic India. I just bought this Himalayan pink rock salt for both myself and for a horse. It’s quite salty. Everything came as it should. It is a quality company with quality products. And so far so good.

Pure salt

I have been using India Organics pink salt from quite some and it was really good. However recent stock didn’t meet any expectations it has sand mixed in it and unable to consume food with this salt. There is a need to have stricter quality control process at India Organics for this product. Thank you.

When I got the shipment of this product (Pink rock salt), I had written about damaged condition of the product in a review. With in 5 min of posting the comment I received a call from Organic India, asking me what happned, I explianed them about the product packaging and the torn salt package,they apolozied and wanted to send me a replacement. What impressed me was there promt follow up. Organic india sent me a fresh package of (Pink rock salt) which came in perfect condition, and followed up again, it is rare to get a call from a company, and this kind of follow up and customer service with a aim of making sure that the customer is satisfied.
