Great sauce. Not spicy but a little tangy. I add extra siracha to it

Poor quality
This is the first time I ordered this sauce through Amazon. Normally I buy at my local grocers, when its available. The sauce delivered by Amazon had a runny consistency, darker color and a separated appearance like spoiled milk. They had not exceeded their expiration date, so I don't know why the sauce looked like it had spoiled. Its unlikely I would order the product online again.

Terrapin Ridge doesn’t disappoint when it comes to their sauces. Have tried a few flavors and all were delish. Price is a little steep, but worth it.
