This wasn't the first time I have purchased this product. I purchased years ago for my dad when his blood pressure sky rocketed. He started taking them and I remember at one of his appointments the doctor finally said that his blood pressure was excellent and to continue doing what he was doing. Today, my best friend was at the doctor and they told her that her blood pressure was up and I suggested this product to her, I took pictures so she would not order the wrong thing and she said that she was gonna give it a try. I have been taking ULTALIFE BP supplements for about 1 month. I have seen a steady decline in both Systolic and Diastolic readings. To start, I was at around 154/97. I know, bad, right?!? For my refining, each morning I workout, then I take the dose, wait about 20 minutes, meditate for 10 minutes and then take my reading. It has gone down steadily, 150’s/high 90’s; 140’s/low 90’s, then 130’s/high 80’s, then 120’s/low 80’s and recently 117/80 and 113/78. It is also important to decrease your sodium intake, exercise, and hydrate! This supplement aids in the treatment, but you will also need a lifestyle change to sustain the results. It is not a magical pill. I will continue to take this product vs. going on an RX. I am extremely happy with the results and would recommend ULTALIFE BP supplements to see if it helps your situation. I am 57 y.o. Woman and am in early stages of full Menopause where I am no longer producing estrogen. Estrogen is a hormone that helps to regulate your BP along with a million other things. I am trying natural/homeopathic treatments instead of RX because I don’t again ever want to be a customer of any Large Pharma products.

I received and started taking the supplements in 1/27/18; and I'm about to run out. It's currently unavailable, so I'm ordering another BP supplement pills. I have to say that these BP pills work for me, combining with plant based foods, garlic supplements, and co-Q10 supplements. I stopped taking prescription BP drugs because each brand has given me bad side effects. As in BAD! I monitor my BP almost everyday so I know my numbers. I've been getting good BP readings with these UltaLife pills. My lowest reading is 118/74; my highest was 137/70 which is seldom. Most of my BP readings are lower than 137 systolic. Today 2/22/18 my systolic reading is 130 over 70 diastolic. I pretty much have an organic whole food diets and with other supplements I'm taking, these BP pills help keep my BP readings like I was taking prescription BP drugs. We'll see how this other BP supplements I'm ordering would measure up. It also has good reviews. I only rated this as 4, because not sure if the other supplements I'm taking and plant based diets have also something to do with my good BP readings.

OK, at first, I was impressed with these pills, but then I fell very sick. If you have an iron stomach, perhaps these are ace for you, but I'm not the biggest person weight-wise, and as such I had a very bad gastrointestinal reaction whilst on these. Apparently, too much garlic is the cause, so please be careful with garlic supplements. If you have IBS or bloat easily this will probably exacerbate those issues. Stay safe.
