Every other version of earphones doesn't fit her ears. These are no different (don't fit her ears). SO, I take control of them. First, the sound is not great, so, if you think you are a music person, you won't like these. Like a cheap speaker or headphone, that tinny no base sound. Good for a podcast and cheap radio sound. Second, in my iPhone X the left and the right pair separately, so, I hear in the left or the right, but, not both. I found that the Right pairs to the Left and the Right pairs to the phone and this works.
