When you receive the vacuum sealed package from us, please enclose it in three (3) zip lock freezer bags and store in an appropriate sized glass container with tight lid and keep it in a dark cool dry place. Only open the bags when you plan to use some of the beans. Roll them back up in the ziplock bags while trying the remove as much of the air from the bags and place them back in the glass container.
