Great flavor and price point. Packets are larger than their competitors, allowing you to make 2 large drinks with one packet.I use these after chemotherapy treatment days because I get very dehydrated and this encourages me to drink while also providing good electrolytes. (I am terrible at drinking plain water)

I was disappointed when I got this that it's for 8oz water and not 16oz... but after trying them, I was a little less disappointed. It felt like the amount was hidden. And part of that is on me for not being more thorough in reading. It is listed as 8oz but it's not as easy to find when you can't devote as much time looking for the right product. Again, I should have looked closer but it could have been listed on the box in the pictures for more feeling of transparency. That's why 4 stars.With that said, there's a tartness that I feel could be more watered down so maybe 10oz would work fine for it. Idk, I'll experiment.The apple flavor is nice and the fruit punch is ok. The strawberry is surprisingly my least favorite. Usually grape flavored drinks are not very good but it's my favorite flavor of the 4.Would I buy again? Maybe. I was looking for the most affordable option and it being for 8oz instead of 16oz made a difference in the desired value.

It has maldextorin in it so won’t buy again but flavor was ok did it’s job keeping me hydratied during a bout with an infusion

Great product. Tastes close to grape Gatorade. Not quite as strong but so much less sugar!!

Didn’t try yet but same ingredients as the “ Liquid IV “, way less expensive than the name brand! You can drink a pack when you’re older just to keep healthy!

The media could not be loaded. These are great for kids and adults. The strawberry lemonade is wonderful. The orange has a dish soap like after taste.
