Davis Instruments 6100 WeatherLink Live | Wireless Data Collection Hub for Vantage Vue / Pro2 Weather Stations | Automatic Data Uploads to WeatherLink Cloud | Wi-Fi/Ethernet | Alexa-Compatible

Invested in the 6100 Weatherlink to maximise usefulness of my existing wireless Davis VP2 weather station, which has datalogger that I download every few days to my PC, thence save all daily data for stats purposes. The 6100 receives the same data as the Vp2 console, and then streams using our Wi-Fi to the Weatherlink.com website. So I can look at current and daily data from anywhere with internet access, on pc or smartphone. Expensive but genuinely useful. You can also see data from other local stations which is interesting. Or further afield. Would recommend if you want this extra feature from your Davis weather station's data!

Very simple to set up. Easy to access my data from anywhere. Yes, there is a small subscription in order to have access to historical data, but the charting facilities are excellent. As I was previously maintaining a dedicated PC to log my weather data, the subscription is a small price to pay in comparison. It's also easy to share my data with friends, without having to set up a server myself.

I had to purchase to help use my Vantage Vue in Homeassistant works well.

Purchased from Amazon last December. The idea was to get rid of my old console and ethernet data logger. Unfortunately, the indoor temp / humidity / barometric pressure sensor has failed after 11 months.Absolute garbage quality from a company who normally supply stuff that's built like a tank. Not a happy bunny at all.

email over the last two months ignored - no response at all. Map does not show own or other stations. not uploading at all today even though the weatherlink is flashing. Think twice about sooending with Davis!!
