The RPM on a chop saw is too high for this blade. The maximum RPM this blade can be used with is 1800. A chop saw would use 3800 RPM. **Q: What revolutions neede to cut metals** A: That was a badly worded question by the way, but I understand what you are asking. These cold/dry cut metal blades are made to turn no more than 1600 RPM. You CAN NOT put them into an abrasive blade style saw...they turn over 3000 RPMs and will destroy the blade. **Q: Will this work for exhaust tubing?** A: This is a metal cutting blade for tube steel, angle iron, flat bar, structural steel, unistrut, EMT, steel studs and other ferrous metals. **Q: Can it be used to cut wood with nails?** A: It might be cheaper to just remove the nails rather than risking a chipped or broken carbide.
