great gift for kids
This Ukulele is out of my expectation. The color is sooooo elegant! I bought this ukulele for my colleague's son. He is 4 now and ready to learn some music. I do know he had a playing toy guitar, so that makes me feel more confident in getting him a real ukulele. This is a perfect gift! It is definitely well packaged, and the box is very cute in a ukulele shape as well. I pick the elegant wood color for him, hoping it can stay with him as he grows up. I showed him some chords and he loved it.

So far so good
Well arrived. This size is good for a young kid as a beginner ukulele. The color is a classic as well.

Good Little Ukulele
I really like that it comes with everything that I need to start learning Ukulele, even a comes with a tuner and extra pair of strings. The little bag and the strap for the Uke is a very nice addition. Overall I had no problem since I bought it like a week ago.

Love it
My 5yr old was begging the Easter Bunny for a guitar.... thankfully this little gem popped up on Amazon. She loves it! It comes with a cute little case and honestly she (or I) could care less if the thing is in tune or not. Its a play Ukulele , so if you are wanting something more , go spend a little more money elsewhere. But if you are like me and need something to shut your kid up and make them feel like a rockstar than this it.

Give the Strings A While
I bought one of the cheapest ukuleles I could find on Amazon for a very young child that very well may break it within a year or two. I was not expecting much, but I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality, considering the price.First of all, Amazon, I do not get your review categories for this instrument. Thickness? This is a ukulele, not a redwood. For beginners? Well, for the price point, sure. That said, any ukulele could be considered for beginners. Finally, I do not think it is fair to this company to have "Easy to learn" as a rating for their ukulele. The ukulele's ease of learning has nothing to do with the individual company. You wouldn't give Honda a bad review because your child failed their driver's test, would you? Anyway, that's why I gave them 5 stars for that. It's a useless category.OK, the review:I have played six-string guitar for 25 years, but I had never played a ukulele until this one. I have to say, I spent the first month kind of regretting the purchase, because the strings would not stay in tune for over a minute to save my life. They have finally "settled," and most of them stay in tune for at least a few songs. Again, I paid a cheap price for the instrument, so I'm not going to complain too much about that. I'm a firm believer that you should be fair and take price into account when giving a review. For a cheap ukulele, this one has a great, classic ukulele sound. Is it concert quality? Probably not. It will be plenty fine for a campfire, though. I don't know about you, but I hear more ukuleles at campfires than in concert halls.

Love!
This was the greatest gift and a seriously awesome price. My son loves it and I think it sounds great. It is a good quality product coming from a family of guitar players.

light and sturdy
I purchased this because I wanted to start learning an instrument. I was pleasantly surprised at how light this ukulele is. It is also very sturdy. In the period of 30 minutes, my cats jumped on it and played with the strings and it is still in one piece. I like the starter kit because it came with the case and a few picks which makes me feel like a professional.
