Packed in polythyline bag tighly one on top of other without any cusion which made thread or stitches coming out. Seller do inform that was done 'to save space in delivery van and to help environment' but its ruining the product itself. Fits well at broad foot but more can be told only after using it for gym, walking and running. If seller get the message then please use some cusioning atleast if no box can be used. I got message for delivery to expect in few days but received same day of message.
