For me I found these to be handy for workouts at they gym as I sometimes find that my feet cramp whilst wearing trainers. I will also take them on holiday for the beach and sea as well to protect my soles from the heat if the sun. They are so comfortable you forget you have them on and there are some really nice patterns to choose from. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great barefoot shoes *by L***R on 13 June 2019* I use these shoes as barefoot shoes. I work a night shift job in a carpeted building and some of my job requires me to leave the building and go outside. I am on my feet much of the night. I can't wear hard soles all night or my feet get very sore. I find these help my feet really well. They are flexible and comfortable. The bottom offers just enough support all night and plenty of protection when outside. They're the next best thing to being barefoot!
