Works great
Plug and play. Worked the first time.

Poor connection
When it worked, it worked well. But the connection to the USB port on my surface was too loose. Any slight movement and I lost connection. I could not trust the reliability of the connection. I returned the device.

Will not fit with a cover.
Excellent fit for surface go without a cover. Will not fit with a cover. Keyboard cover is okay. Might fit with other covers IF they do not cover any area near the usb and headphone jack. Does what its supposed to and is compact ... just like the go.

If you gotta GO... get one of these!!!
Great add-on to my GO! Fits well and gives you options. Might draw a bit on the battery but what accessory doesn't...

Item and Item description do not match
Item description and box did not meet the item inside. The adapter received should have had 2 USB ports as the item description stated. It only had one. The item did however match the picture but the picture did not match the item description. As well as the item and the box it is in is the wrong packaging for the Adapter. This was a huge inconvenience. Please be advised this is not the same item throughout the listing. I was downgraded with what I received compared to the item description.

Exactly as advertised
Exactly was I expected it to be... secures nicely onto the edge of the Surface Go and provides an additional USB-A port and a HDMI port while still allowing access to the full featured USB-C and the headphone jack. The Surface port is still accessible as well so I could connect to power with the surface port and use both USBs ports for data. Construction was solid, but I would have liked to have seen a bit more metal and less plastic so I don't know how well it will last, but I'm very happy with it so far.

No case works great
Works great as long as I take the protective case off. With the case it does not plug in all the way. Kensington is the case i’m Using. Function wise no issues.
