Q: Is this slicer nsf approved?

Not sure. It broke on us after second use. We bought it twice, it broke both times

Q: Do you sell teplacement blades?

Yes they do and I believe it comes with one spare to start too.

Q: does this work for oranges as well?

No, our blade cannot cut oranges, but it can cut tomatoes without any problems.

Q: Where can replacement blades be purchased?

I'm not sure but you might try Webstaurant.
