Started taking them to reduce inflammation. I notice a difference within a few hours. The puffiness in my face goes down.The pill itself doesn’t taste great swallowing and can feel kind of large. Other than that I find it effective.

These have been a life changers, I have tried so many remedies and different pills that just never worked. I take one of these every night and wake up with zero bloat. They have helped my digestion system and its something i take everyday. I absolutely love these bloat pills.

Really like this product. I suffer from severe constipation and take prescription medication for it. I wanted to add this to help a little, as I always feel bloated and still get constipated sometimes even with the prescription. When I first started taking it I immediately felt my stomach start rumbling and definitely experienced some gas as it was letting go of the bloat. My stomach feels less distended and I do think it helps with digestion. I don’t notice the effects quite as much after 2 months of taking, but that could be that I’m just used to it now. I think if I stopped taking it I would definitely miss it. The taste is something I have a hard time getting used to, but I just take it with something besides water to try and mask the taste. It’s also a little pricey, but I’m willing to pay for it because I haven’t found anything else that even remotely helps my bloating.

No. Just no. I had SUCH high expectations for these. I was really hoping they would work for what I needed to. But I could NOT get past the smell and taste. First day I tried them, it was a chore to try to swallow them due to the smell and taste, but I forced it down. But then the rest of the day I constantly felt like you could still smell it in my breath, and I was super self conscious. The second day, I tried to put them in peanut butter to take them. Cause peanut butter smells and tastes strong, it should easily mask the pills, right? Nope. Even with a heaping spoonful of peanut butter, I could still taste the pills. Made me gag so much I almost threw up, and then decided it just wasn't worth it.I understand why I can't return it since it's a consumable, but now I'm just frustrated I wasted my money on it

Can't really say I've noticed any difference since starting this. Thought I'd see how it is toward the end of the bottle as to whether I would reorder or not.

This stuff is amazing!! I have tried all kinds of brands for bloating and this is the only brand that works for me. I take two before bed and wake up feeling great with no bloating to be found. I always have a bottle on hand. I highly recommend!!

This is a Great product for gas and bloating... I highly recommend best to take at night
