Wonderful product
This is perfect! When not drying dishes, my starter plants sit up there. It’s functional, doesn’t get in the way, and I don’t have to store it. It looks wonderful. I have a industrial faucet and it still works great. Can’t lock int to the arm, but who cares?

I love my dish rack!
I love putting my dishes above the sink. It frees up needed counter space. It is the perfect height. I have it in front of a window, but it doesn't block it that much because where the dishes sit is where the double-hung window divides. I am a tall person (5' 9") so my head is well above it. I can see where this might not work for someone closer to 5' tall. It seems very stable - of course you do have to be careful not to over fill it. If anything tips or slips, it would have a long way to fall. I don't quite understand why it needed a dedicated "chopstick" holder. It has a slotted top to hold them straight. I think I'll see if it can be cut off & then l'll be able to use it for another utensil holder.

Just what my small kitchen needed.
This rack is perfect! It fits nicely over my double sink and frees up valuable counter space in my small kitchen. It’s sturdy and was very easy to assemble.

Gets the job done, looks fine while doing it
As with other over sink dish drying racks, measure your sink first! Also, "adjustable length" just means there are exactly two lengths to choose from: 36.5 inches and 39 inches, nothing in between because of how the locking mechanism works. This model wasn't the first I looked at but after measuring my sink and ruling out others, this is the one that fit. Overall, it's fine. It does the job it's supposed to do, but it doesn't have the premium touches that would make it a five-star product. For example, while the S-hooks are fixed which is nice because you can move them as needed but the hooks themselves tend to come with whatever you were reaching for. The baskets on either side hang as opposed to being permanently attached, which makes them customizable but also means that they move around when placing or retrieving an item. Last, it's a little expensive for what it is. The single-tier model I purchased is the one I needed, but it's somehow more expensive than the two-tier version.

Measuring the space you're using it in is very important.
Though, I was able to modify it a bit to fit my sink area, and I plan to move somewhere where I can use it in it's full form. So, I kept it for that reason because it is great to have the dishes drain over the sink while I wash them. It is sturdy and fits a lot of dishes. I would recommend it for extra tall or extra low faucets.

I LOVE THIS THING
I love this dish rack! It saves so much counter space and drains into the sink so no funky towel on the counter under a regular dish rack. It’s easy to assemble, and the space between cabinets in my rental was about 1/2” too small for this — but I was able to shorten the rack width a bit and still fit it! I’ve been using it for 6 months and it is the best purchase I’ve made in ages.

Like it but no real silverware basket
Good space saver providing you don't mind the utilitarian look of it. Seems sturdy and went together fairly easy. Very useful excerpt it does not have an appropriate silverware basket. That's why I gave it only three stars for storage capacity.
