My Schnauzer has yucky teeth, but she's 12-13 years old, so I'd expect that. She's a huge chewer of bones, and after starting this treatment, a chunk of plaque broke off her teeth. I'm brushing her teeth every few days as well. What I notice most is that both dogs have better breath. The Schnauzer has always had death breath - and her beard keeps that odor as well. Now that she's dipping her beard in water that smells fresh, I think it's deodorizing her beard! Huge improvement.
