KOHLER K-10555-CP Devonshire Robe Hook, Elegant Finish, Easy to Install, Durable Construction, Polished Chrome

This is a very nice accessory and well-priced. We have Devonshire in our everyday bathroom, and Kohler "Artifacts" in our powder room for guests.

What is expected from Kohler. Really nice quality. I really like the way they designed the set screw. Its further back toward the hook end and much easier to access with the hex wrench when tightening. The kit comes with the required wrench and an assortment of hangers for sheetrock or tile. BTW: Just to the left of the hook is the matching Kohler Devonshire towel ring. Another nice purchase. Exact same mounting method as hook.

I bought several for hanging bath towels and robes, and I ins one next to a pedestal sink to hang a hand towel. Easy to install, sturdy, and looks great.

I suppose you wouldn't think there'd be a whole lot to say beyond the picture represents the robe hook well. But there is: it is easy to install. It stays on tight. It's easy to get a towel onto and off of. I guess I should also say that since I don't have to open the shower door to get my towel I am at reduced risk of pneumonia. A pretty good bargain since this helps me stay healthy and the bathroom looks great. We lined up two vertically to get a clean look and double service. We have a mix of Kohler Devonshire and corresponding Moen items in our renovated bathroom, including a cup holder, toilet paper holder, and towel racks, plus the shower and sink faucets, all bought to complement these robe hooks. I may start a religion.

This hook looks great and matches the rest of the Devonshire suite of bathroom accessories. It gives our beachy bathroom a slightly more formal feel. It was easy to install, and mounted on the back of a wood door it is very solid. The quality difference between this and the big box store basic pieces is startling given the relatively small cost difference dollar-wise. My wife and I are very pleased with the Devonshire set and have received multiple compliments on it already.

These look big and imposing. Very nicely polished finish and heavy. They’re high quality both in looks and feel. They exude both a classy and decadent presence. A 1 star deduction because the anchor that comes with the package doesn’t work with my installation scheme - on a hollow wooden door. The anchor would not hold in place and spins when the screw is tightened. I ended up using PL construction adhesive to set it in place and left 24 hrs to cure. It finally works but a lot of hassle and time spent to fix this issue. It’d be such an easier job had they include metal anchor screws instead since they do a much better job of holding onto the surface than these plastic butterfly anchors. Hindsight, I should have used the metal anchors and screws instead from the getgo. It’d saved me a lot of time and headache.

I’m in the middle of a bathroom redo, and haven’t hung this robe hook yet. I do like the weight of it. It feels very sturdy. It looks like the installation shouldn’t be a problem.

Amazingly high quality both from a design and a manufacturing perspective. The mounting bracket has one slotted hole so you can easily square it up if your holes are a hair off. Comes with high quality anchors - one set for drywall and one set for tile. The mounting bracket has a raised outer lip on the back face to clear the flanges on the face of the drywall anchors so the hook sits flat against the wall and there is a whistle notch for the set screw to pull the hook against the wall as it is tightened. Also the template for drilling the mounting holes is cardboard not flimsy paper making it much more accurate to use.
