Q: Is the coin 24 kt gold plated?

Yes, they are gold plated, very well-made/looking metal coin, feels good holding them in hands. Seems like other people selling them for 9-25$

Q: Do you offer a size 3x and 4x?

Personally, No I do not offer a size 3x and 4X. Actually I offer NO sizes!! The on-line product description is fairly clear: Five (5) sizes offered, S, M, L, XL, XXL. Perhaps if you were to contact the manufacturer you might wheedle "him" into produceing a 3X or a 4X, maybe even a 5X (to allow for shrinkage), although I doubt the facility has that kind of capacity.
